Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to AI Tools of the Day for tool listing packages may be refunded. Browsing the directory and creating an account are free.

1. What you pay for

Paid listing packages cover the editorial review and publication of your tool on our directory for the period shown on the Pricing page. We do not sell rankings or guarantee traffic, clicks or sales.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

• We reject your submission and the listing is never published.
• You were charged twice for the same package, or charged an incorrect amount because of a technical error.
• You cancel and ask for a refund in writing before your submission has been reviewed.

3. When a refund is not available

• Your listing has already been reviewed and published.
• Your submission was removed for breaching our Terms of Use or because the information supplied was false or misleading.
• You change your mind about a package after the listing has gone live.

4. How to request a refund

Write to us through the Contact page with your submission email and payment reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) and normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after the date shown.
