Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using AI Tools of the Day, operated by AI Tools of the Day (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf) to create an account or submit a tool. The Service is a directory of third-party AI tools. Browsing and reading listings is open to everyone. Creating an account lets you bookmark tools and create a profile; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Listings are informational and are provided by tool owners or compiled from public information. We make a good-faith effort to review submissions, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or pricing of any listed tool, and we are not responsible for the products or services of third parties.
We may accept, reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are misleading, non-functional or break these Terms.
When you submit a tool you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that you own or are licensed to use the logo and images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, display and promote that content on the Service. Uploads are limited to JPG/PNG images of up to 8 MB and are automatically resized.
Paid listing packages are paid through PayPal or Stripe. Fees are covered by our Refund Policy.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, infringing or malicious content; upload files that contain code, malware or content you have no right to share; scrape the Service at a rate that harms it; attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service. We may suspend or delete accounts and content that breach these Terms.
The Service's design, branding and original written content are owned by AI Tools of the Day. Trademarks, logos and screenshots of listed tools belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. You keep ownership of content you submit.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listed tool will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Tools of the Day will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party tool discovered through it.
How we handle personal data, and your rights as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, are explained in the Privacy Policy. You can raise a request or complaint on the Data Rights & Grievance page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under law, the courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction over disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
